Each item will take 2-5 business days to process and package before it is shipped.

Domestic (UK): Allow 2-5 business days.

International:

At the moment, I’m unable to ship to the EU, as new regulations require an EU representative. As a very small business this isn’t something I can manage right now, but if the rules change in the future I’ll gladly reopen EU shipping.

Shipping to the USA has also become more complicated and costly due to new tariffs and regulations. While it isn’t impossible, I’ve chosen to hold off for now to avoid lost packages and unexpected charges. My hope is to open up USA shipping once the logistics are clearer and smoother.

I’m unable to accept returns, as changes of mind have a big impact on a small business like mine. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, I will, of course, make it right and offer a replacement or refund.
